Sapphire View Villas Weekly Rental Prices 2024

We will ensure that a high standard of sanitised cleaning for the villa. This will take place prior to your arrival.

Prices are based on a weekly rate – our usual change over day is  Sunday to suit flights.

June 2 - June 29 2024	£1695.00
June 30 - July 27 2024	£2195.00
July 28 - Sept 7 2024	£2595.00
Sept 8 -	T.B.A.

There is a £50.00 supplement per week for  an extra 7th  guest.

A security deposit of £120.00 is charged at the time of booking and is refundable after departure.

Cancellation Policy  2024   A full refund will be given up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. After this 75% refund will be given to clients.
